# Condense Upgradation FAQ

#### Can I upgrade my Try Condense for Free account?

Yes. Users who sign up through the **Try Condense for Free** experience can upgrade to a standard Condense organization using the same account.

#### Will I lose access to my demo organization after upgrading?

No. After upgrading, your demo organization remains available, allowing you to continue accessing your evaluation environment while working in your upgraded organization.

#### Do I need to create a new account to upgrade?

No. Your existing Condense account is used throughout the upgrade process. There is no need to register with a different email address.

#### Can I belong to multiple organizations?

Yes. Demo users are not restricted to a single organization. After upgrading, you can create or join additional Condense organizations using the same account.

#### What happens to my login credentials after upgrading?

Your login credentials remain unchanged. Continue using your existing Condense account to access both your demo and upgraded organizations.

#### Where can I learn more about Condense pricing?

For pricing and subscription options, visit the **Pricing** page or contact the Condense Sales team.

#### I am unable to upgrade my account. What should I do?
