# pricing-model

Condense supports multiple pricing models to help organizations align their subscription with operational and business requirements. Each pricing model determines how charges are calculated for the resources and services consumed by your organization.

The pricing model for an organization is configured during onboarding or as part of the commercial engagement.

## Available Pricing Models

Condense currently supports the following pricing models:

| Pricing Model      | Description                                                                                                           | Best Suited For                                                                    |
| ------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Flat Pricing**   | A fixed subscription fee for the agreed platform resources and services, providing predictable monthly costs.         | Organizations with stable workloads and predictable infrastructure requirements.   |
| **Tiered Pricing** | Pricing is determined based on predefined usage tiers, allowing organizations to scale costs as platform usage grows. | Organizations with variable or growing workloads that require greater flexibility. |

When selecting a pricing model, consider:

## Changing a Pricing Model

Changing a pricing model may require an update to your organization's commercial agreement.
