> In Condense 3.0.0, plan changes are arranged with the Condense team, so the button starts that conversation.

> No. Your plan stays the same until the team completes the upgrade with you.

> [accordion] Can I upgrade if I am not an admin?

> Not yourself. You see **Contact Admin**. Ask an Organization Admin or Billing Admin to start it.

> [accordion] Why can I not click the plan chip?

> On Enterprise the chip is view-only, because there is no higher plan.
