Overview
Users who sign up through the Try Condense for Free experience are provisioned with a demo organization and assigned the Demo Developer role. When they decide to upgrade, they can create or join a standard Condense organization using the same account. Demo users are not restricted to a single organization and can continue accessing their evaluation environment while working in their upgraded organizationUpgrade Process
The upgrade journey consists of the following steps:- Sign in to your existing Condense account.
- Select Upgrade from the Console.
- Choose the appropriate deployment or subscription option.
- Complete the required organization and deployment details.
- Continue using Condense under your upgraded organization.
What Changes After Upgrade
After upgrading:- Your Condense account remains the same.
- You can join or create a standard Condense organization.
- Your evaluation (demo) organization remains available.
- You are no longer limited to the evaluation experience and can use standard Condense organization workflows.
Eligibility
You can upgrade if you have:- A valid Condense account created through the Try Condense for Free experience.
- Completed the account activation process.
