How the Demo Works
The Auto Twin demo demonstrates how Condense maintains a live digital representation of a connected vehicle. Participants scan a QR code to launch the application, securely connect to a vehicle using OTP verification, and interact with various vehicle controls. Every action is streamed through Condense and synchronized instantly between the mobile application and the Fleet Management System (FMS). The demo showcases secure device pairing, bidirectional communication, and real-time state synchronization.Demo Flow
Step 1. Scan the QR Code
Scan the QR code to launch the Auto Twin application. The application creates a new vehicle session or restores an existing session if one is already available.Step 2. Connect the Vehicle
A unique Vehicle ID and one-time password (OTP) are generated. Use the Vehicle ID and OTP to pair the mobile application with the Fleet Management System (FMS). Once verification is successful, the vehicle is securely linked and ready for interaction.Step 3. Explore Vehicle Controls
After pairing is complete, interact with the available vehicle controls, including:- Ignition
- Engine
- Air Conditioning
- Lights
- Horn
- Music
- SOS
Step 4. Observe Real-Time Synchronization
As vehicle controls are updated, both the mobile application and the Fleet Management System display the latest vehicle state in real time. Every command is acknowledged immediately, ensuring that both interfaces remain synchronized throughout the session.Vehicle Features Demonstrated

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q1: What is Auto Twin?
Auto Twin is an interactive demo workspace that demonstrates how Condense creates and maintains a real-time digital twin of a connected vehicle by synchronizing vehicle state between a mobile application and a Fleet Management System (FMS).Q2: Do I need to install an application to use the demo?
No. Auto Twin runs in a web browser. Simply scan the QR code to launch the demo and begin the pairing process.Q3: How is the vehicle connected?
When the demo starts, Condense generates a unique Vehicle ID and a one-time password (OTP). The OTP verification securely pairs the mobile application with the Fleet Management System before any vehicle interactions are allowed.Q4: Why can’t I control the vehicle immediately?
Vehicle controls remain disabled until the pairing process is successfully completed. This ensures that only verified sessions can interact with the connected vehicle.Q5: What vehicle controls are available?
Depending on the demo configuration, you can interact with features such as:- Ignition
- Engine
- Air Conditioning
- Vehicle Lights
- Horn
- Music
- SOS
Q6: What happens when I perform an action?
Every action is streamed through Condense, processed in real time, and immediately synchronized between the mobile application and the Fleet Management System. Both interfaces always display the latest vehicle state.Q7: What happens if the connection is interrupted?
Condense continuously monitors the session using heartbeat events. If the connection is lost or the session becomes inactive, the session is automatically cleaned up to ensure secure and reliable operation.Q8: What Condense capabilities does this demo showcase?
The Auto Twin workspace demonstrates several core capabilities of Condense, including:- Real-time event streaming
- Apache Kafka messaging
- Bidirectional communication
- Digital Twin implementation
- Live state synchronization
- Event-driven architectures
- Low-latency stream processing
- Secure session management
