Multi-Organization Support allows a single Condense account to be associated with multiple organizations. This enables users to collaborate across different customers, business units, or projects without maintaining separate accounts. Each organization remains logically isolated, with its own members, environments, workspaces, and access permissions.

How It Works

Your Condense account acts as your identity across the platform. Once you become a member of an organization, that organization appears alongside any other organizations you are authorized to access. Your permissions are evaluated independently within each organization. Membership in one organization does not automatically grant access to another organization.

Organization Isolation

Each organization maintains its own:
  • Users and roles
  • Environments
  • Workspaces
  • Applications
  • Kafka resources
  • Connectors
  • Access permissions
Resources are not shared across organizations unless explicitly supported by the platform.

Organization Roles

Your role is assigned independently within each organization. For example, you may be:
  • An Organization Administrator in one organization.
  • An Environment Administrator in another organization.
  • A standard user in a third organization.
Your available actions depend on the permissions assigned within the currently active organization.

Try Condense for Free

When upgrading from Try Condense for Free, your existing Condense account can be used to create or join a production organization without creating a new user account. This provides a seamless transition from evaluation to production while preserving your account identity.

  • Assign users only the permissions required for their responsibilities.
