  • Organization Admins and Billing Admins see a Talk to Sales button on each plan. Whoever creates an organization starts with both roles.
  • Everyone else can open the window and compare plans, but sees Contact Admin in place of the buttons. Ask an Organization Admin or Billing Admin to start the change.
  • A person who is only an Environment Admin cannot start an upgrade.
