Organizations in Condense enable teams to securely collaborate by sharing environments, workspaces, applications, and other platform resources. Existing organization members can invite new users to join an organization based on their collaboration requirements.

Before You Begin

To join an organization, you must:
  • Have a valid Condense account.
  • Receive an invitation from an organization administrator or an authorized member.
  • Accept the invitation using the email address to which the invitation was sent.

Joining an Organization

When you receive an invitation:
  1. Open the invitation email.
  2. Select the invitation link.
  3. Sign in using your Condense account.
  4. Review the organization details.
  5. Accept the invitation to join the organization.
If you do not already have a Condense account, you will be guided through the account creation process before joining the organization.

Access After Joining

Once you join an organization, you receive access based on the role assigned to you by the organization administrator. Depending on your assigned role, you may be able to:
  • Access assigned environments.
  • Create and manage workspaces.
  • Deploy applications.
  • Manage Kafka resources.
  • Invite additional users.
  • Perform administrative operations.
The actions available to you depend on your assigned permissions.

Multiple Organization Membership

A single Condense account can be associated with multiple organizations. If you are invited to another organization, you can accept the invitation using the same Condense account without creating a separate user account. Your access, roles, and permissions are managed independently within each organization.
