Condense Console

The Condense Console is the centralized administration portal for managing your Condense organization. It provides a single place to manage environments, invite organization members, configure account settings, and launch Condense Core for authorized environments. The Console acts as the entry point into the Condense platform, while Condense Core provides the environment-specific workspace for managing connectors, pipelines, Kafka resources, transforms, applications, and monitoring.

  • View and access Condense environments
  • Invite and manage organization members
  • Assign roles and environment access
  • Configure organization information
  • Manage personal account settings
  • Configure notification preferences
  • Launch Condense Core

Access the Console

Open the Console using the following URL:
Supported authentication methods include:
  • Google Sign-In
  • Microsoft Sign-In
  • Email and Password
After successful authentication, you are redirected to the Environments page.

Console Navigation

The Console is organized into the following sections.

Environments

The Environments page displays every Condense environment available to your organization. Each environment card includes:
  • Cloud provider
  • Environment plan
  • Environment name
  • Region
  • Environment URL
  • Access Environment action
  • View/Edit option (based on permissions)

Access an Environment

To open an environment:
  1. Sign in to Condense Console.
  2. Navigate to Environments.
  3. Locate the desired environment.
  4. Click Access Environment.
After your access is validated, you are redirected to the Condense Core instance associated with the selected environment. Within Condense Core, you can manage environment-specific resources such as connectors, pipelines, transforms, Kafka resources, applications, monitoring, and other platform services based on your assigned permissions.

Members

The Members page is used to manage organization users and their access to Condense environments. From this page, authorized users can:
  • Invite new members
  • View active members
  • Track pending invitations
  • View revoked members
  • Assign roles
  • Associate roles with environments
  • Remove member access

Invite Members

Member invitations are controlled through the organization’s Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policy. Only users with the required permissions to manage organization members can send invitations. For detailed information about roles, permissions, and access levels, refer to the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) documentation.

Send an Invitation

  1. Navigate to Members.
  2. Click Invite Members.
  3. Enter one or more email addresses.
Example:
  1. Click Invite Members.
An invitation email is sent immediately to each recipient.

Invitation Workflow

Each invited user receives an email containing:
  • Organization name
  • Invitation details
  • Accept Invitation button
  • Invitation validity information
Invitation links remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Accept an Invitation

When a recipient clicks Accept Invitation, the following workflow is executed.

Existing Condense User

If the invited email address already belongs to a Condense account:
  1. Click Accept Invitation.
  2. Sign in using the invited email address.
  3. The organization is associated with the existing account.
  4. The user is redirected to the Environments page.

New User

If the invited email address does not have a Condense account:
  1. Click Accept Invitation.
  2. Complete the account registration process.
  3. Sign in.
  4. The user is redirected to the Environments page.

Environment Access Flow

The overall access flow is illustrated below.
Only environments assigned to your account are displayed.

Manage Member Access

Administrators can assign roles and associate them with one or more environments.

Assign Roles

  1. Navigate to Members.
  2. Select the required member.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Select the required role.
  5. Select the environments where the role should apply.
  6. Click Add to assign additional role mappings if required.
  7. Click Save.
A member may have multiple role assignments depending on the organization’s RBAC configuration. For a complete explanation of available roles and permissions, refer to the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) documentation.

Member Status

The Members page contains three views.

All Members

Displays every active member in the organization. Information includes:
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Last activity
  • Assigned roles

Pending Invitations

Displays invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted. Pending invitations remain visible until accepted, revoked, or expired.

Revoked Access

Displays members whose organization access has been revoked.

Account Information

Navigate to: Settings → Account Info Users can:
  • Update full name
  • Update phone number
  • Change password
  • Sign out
  • Delete account
Depending on the configured authentication provider, the email address may not be editable.

Notifications

Navigate to: Settings → Notifications Configure notification preferences for:
  • Product Updates
  • Newsletters
  • In-App Notifications
Each notification type can be enabled or disabled independently.

Organization

Navigate to: Settings → Organization Organization administrators can manage:
  • Organization logo
  • Organization name
  • Organization ID
The Organization ID is system generated and cannot be modified.

Best Practices

  • Assign users only the permissions required for their responsibilities.
  • Review member access regularly.
  • Remove inactive users who no longer require access.
  • Use organizational email addresses for invitations.
  • Periodically review environment assignments to ensure users have access only to the environments required for their work.

Frequently Asked Questions

I accepted the invitation but cannot see any environments.

Environment visibility depends on the roles and environment assignments configured for your account. If no environments are displayed after accepting an invitation, contact your organization administrator to verify your environment assignments and permissions.

I can see an environment but cannot access it.

Access to Condense Core is controlled through Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Verify that the appropriate role has been assigned to your account. If the issue persists, contact your organization administrator.

Can I access multiple environments?

Yes. If multiple environments have been assigned to your account, they are displayed on the Environments page. You can launch the associated Condense Core instance for each environment you are authorized to access.
Invitation links remain valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. If the invitation has expired, request your organization administrator to send a new invitation.

Where are member roles managed?

Member roles are assigned and managed from the Members page by users with the appropriate permissions. For detailed information about available roles, permissions, and access levels, refer to the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) documentation.

Where can I update my profile information?

Navigate to: Settings → Account Info From this page you can manage your profile, change your password, sign out, or delete your account.

Where can I configure notification preferences?

Navigate to: Settings → Notifications From this page you can configure Product Updates, Newsletters, and In-App Notification preferences.
