Condense tells you that a connection with this alias already exists. Choose a different alias, or re-configure the existing connection instead.

Condense tells you it cannot read the certificate or private key. Check that the content starts and ends with the usual
BEGIN and END lines and that nothing was cut off when you pasted it.The broker rejects the credentials

The test reports that authentication failed and shows the response from the broker. Check the username, password, token or keys, and the authentication method you chose.
The broker cannot be reached
The broker cannot be reached
The test reports that the broker cannot be reached. Check the address and port, and make sure your firewall or VPC allows Condense to reach the broker.
A file is too large
A file is too large
Condense refuses a file over 12 MB and says so under the field. Use a smaller file, or paste the content with the Paste Content switch.
How your credentials are protected
- Secret fields are masked as you type.
- Secrets are encrypted before they are stored.
- Secrets are never written to logs.
- Only you can see your connections.
